Position
An Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
  • Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
  • Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
  • Coordinate ongoing communication with clients' CPAs and attorneys to facilitate timely delivery of tax documents and other legal materials
  • Manage proactive client outreach related to required minimum distributions (RMDs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Track and coordinate periodic portfolio review meetings in partnership with the Advisor team
  • Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
  • Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
  • Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
  • Series 7 & 66 (or 7, 65 & 63) strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
