Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end client relationship for assigned enterprise market data clients.
  • Lead implementation delivery by partnering with internal implementation and engineering teams.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and long-term success metrics.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, converting them into actionable workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and client expectations are met.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for your clients while balancing delivery priorities.
  • Drive successful client adoption and continued business value beyond go-live.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Client Delivery, Client Success, Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Delivery.
  • Proven success owning enterprise client relationships from discovery through delivery.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into execution plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating technical delivery teams without direct management responsibility.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise clients and competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience within Market Data Administration or the financial market data ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, FactSet, ICE, Nasdaq, NYSE, Cboe, or similar market data providers or exchanges.
  • Background in market data licensing, entitlements, vendor management, usage reporting, exchange agreements, or redistribution rights.
  • Experience supporting financial institutions, exchanges, hedge funds, or capital markets organizations.
  • Confluence experience.
