Job Summary:

The Client Delivery Analyst will help drive growth and fulfill the needs of our business by participating in the client onboarding process. In this role they will conduct claims analysis and create deliverables to assist the operation's team in supporting the member transition experience to clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. The Client Delivery Analyst will interface with internal teams across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Independently ascertain how to query the necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights
  • Leverage historical claims data and provide reporting that allows for assessment and risk management
  • Assist in preparing deliverables for operation teams that support a member's transition experience to SmithRx
  • Ensure high quality, "client ready" deliverables through an audit/evaluation process and personal accountability
  • Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings
  • Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, slack, phone, video call, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate other potential impact from implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • 3-5 years professional experience
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data and develop key insights
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker and Tableau
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment.
