JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position provides foundational support for customer experience programs, tools, and processes. The role is responsible for request intakes, documentation updates, platform support, communication coordination, training logistics, and follow-up activities that help users follow established customer experience processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Support administration of customer experience programs and tools, including request tracking, platform and user updates, meeting materials, partner follow-up, and feedback, alerts, closed-loop activity, and survey or reporting resources.
  • Provide foundational support to the retail Network and internal users by responding to questions, tracking requests, supporting training logistics, updating resources, documenting follow-up needs, and escalating complex items as needed. Assist users with program tools and materials, and gather feedback examples that support messaging, resources, and execution.
  • Maintain and update documentation, user guides, process materials, meeting resources, and support content that help users follow established customer experience processes. Communication, training, and enablement material updates.
  • Support surveys, reporting, and data quality activities by updating recipient and user information, ensuring accuracy, documenting and resolving discrepancies, and following up or escalating with appropriate partners.

Direction of Others:
  • Provides no formal work direction. Coordinates follow-up, documentation updates, meeting logistics, and task tracking with peers or internal partners.

Minimum Qualifications, Skill and/or Competency Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in customer service, administrative support, retail support, program coordination, customer experience, or related field.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing responsive, accurate support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet established deadlines, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks, balance multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.
  • Comfortable learning and using customer experience tools, systems, and processes, with troubleshooting skills and a collaborative, professional approach when working with internal partners and supporting users.

COMPENSATION:

$62,960.00 - $94,440.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
