LOYALTY MANAGER
Walser Automotive Group | Minnesota
Compensation: Target annual earnings of $60,000-$100,000+, depending on performance. Compensation includes $5,000 monthly draw plus additional earnings driven by sales results.
ABOUT WALSER
For more than 70 years, Walser Automotive Group has put people first -- our customers, our team members, and our communities. As a family-owned company with 29 dealerships across Minnesota, Kansas, and Illinois, we have built something rare in this industry: a place where people actually want to stay.
A portion of every vehicle we sell and service goes directly to the Walser Foundation, funding schools, nonprofits, and workforce development programs in the communities we call home. When you grow here, the community grows with you.
Nissan Global Award of Excellence -- 2022 & 2023
#1 Volume Nissan Dealership in Minnesota -- 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
THE ROLE
The Loyalty Manager is the bridge between our service lanes and our sales floor -- and the secret weapon behind our customer retention strategy. You're not waiting for leads to come in. You're building relationships, reading the data, and identifying customers who are ready for their next vehicle before they've even started thinking about it.
This is a role for someone who loves the hunt, thrives on building connections, and gets genuine satisfaction from turning a service guest into a customer for life. You'll have structure and support as you get up to speed, then the autonomy to own your pipeline and drive results across our dealership network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the loyalty pipeline -- proactively work lease lists, warranty expirations, and service appointments to identify customers ready for their next vehicle
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prior sales and current service customers to generate appointments and deals
  • Partner closely with the sales team, sitting in on customer introductions to ensure a smooth, seamless handoff
  • Calculate lease returns and buyouts using current OEM programs; estimate trade values and monthly payment scenarios
  • Maintain AutoAlert presets and keep CRM records current in DealerSocket
  • Educate customers on financing options, financial products, and the long-term value of staying in the Walser family
  • Communicate regularly with management on campaign priorities based on store-level needs
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (Exchange Team log) and audit deals to ensure accurate tracking
  • Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

WHAT YOU BRING
  • A hunter mentality -- you're energized by spotting an opportunity and following it through to a close
  • Natural relationship-building skills with strong phone presence and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, BDC, or business development strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required -- we care more about drive and results
  • Comfort with CRM tools and intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong math skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
  • Competitive earnings: $5,000/month draw with total target compensation of $60,000-$100,000+ based on performance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Career growth -- we promote from within and invest in your development
  • Fertility & Adoption Assistance -- up to $10,000
  • Comprehensive health benefits -- medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA through Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Life Insurance & 401(k) with Employer Match
  • Paid Clothing Program -- twice a year, branded Walser apparel on us
  • Employee discounts on products and services
  • Employee Resource Groups -- Women of Walser, Drive with Pride, Asian Hmong Alliance, Veterans at Walser
  • Community investment through the Walser Foundation
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Referral Bonus Program
