You will serve as the crucial first point of contact for prospective customers, directly influencing the company sales pipeline. This role offers the autonomy to guide client conversations naturally while utilizing your persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into active projects. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective residential and commercial clients.

  • Formulate professional relationships with customers by deploying advanced active listening and rapport-building techniques.
  • Document all client communications and lead updates precisely within the corporate CRM software database.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless transition and scheduling of newly acquired clients.
