Job description

Mariposa Home Care is seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Senior Care Sales & Community Relations Manager to lead private-pay client growth, referral partnerships, and community outreach.

This is not a traditional administrative or customer service role. The person in this position will be responsible for building Mariposa’s client pipeline through proactive outreach, referral relationship development, lead follow-up, community engagement, and consultative conversations with families seeking in-home support.

Because Mariposa serves older adults and growing families during vulnerable life transitions, this role requires both strong sales discipline and a high level of emotional intelligence. The right candidate will be comfortable discussing private-pay services, explaining value, managing objections, documenting follow-up in a CRM or tracking system, and helping families take the next step with confidence and trust.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in senior care sales, assisted living, home care, hospice, healthcare community relations, or private-pay service sales who enjoys building relationships, generating revenue, and helping shape the growth foundation of an early-stage company.

Department: Sales / Community Relations
Status: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN; local community outreach required
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base compensation plus performance-based client acquisition incentives. Part-time option may be considered for the right candidate.
