As we expand beyond avocados into limes and other fresh produce categories, we're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

If you already have strong customer relationships, trusted grower connections, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we'd love to hear from you. If you bring an established book of business and experience with another commodity, even better.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow sales of Mexican avocados, limes, and additional produce commodities.
  • Leverage your existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with growers, shippers, freight providers, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate daily with our team using Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Proven success selling fresh produce.
  • An active customer base with consistent purchasing volume.
  • Experience with at least one commodity in addition to avocados (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • English and Spanish language skills are a plus.
