Live-transfer leads from purchased lead sources, plus agency-generated leads and unsold-quote opportunities

Structured sales systems, scripts, and coaching

Dedicated tools for quoting, calling, and compliant customer follow-up (RingCentral recorded lines, CRM access)

A sales-focused role with limited routine policy servicing

Opportunity to advance based on measurable results

Consistently meet production, conversion, availability, and responsiveness standards

Requirements

Your Qualifications

Active PC license in your state of residence

Recent personal-lines sales experience, ideally including live-transfer or purchased-lead environments

Documented history of meeting or exceeding production goals

Professional home office, dependable internet, secure/private workspace suitable for handling customer PII

Strong telephone sales and objection-handling skills

Ability to work independently while remaining fully engaged with the team and reporting cadence

Current or recent Allstate experience strongly preferred

Remote Eligibility

Remote work requires consistent availability, prompt communication, and verified daily production. This is not a flexible, work-when-convenient position. Employees must be actively working and available throughout the assigned schedule, with reporting in Humble and an end-of-day production report required. New remote hires will be evaluated against a defined ramp period tied to live-transfer conversion performance; continued access to live-transfer leads is contingent on meeting ramp benchmarks.
