Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Advise clients on Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs
  • Build lasting relationships through service and transparency
  • Meet and exceed performance goals with the full backing of our leadership team

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  • Active 220 or 2044 license (Florida preferred, or non-resident license eligible)
  • Experience with Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers, USAA, or AAA is a plus
  • Coachable, competitive, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Available to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
