To thrive as a Church Administrator, you need strong organizational skills, financial management abilities, and familiarity with church operations, often supported by a background in business administration or relevant experience. Proficiency with office software, church management systems, and basic accounting tools is typically required. Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills help build trust with staff, volunteers, and congregants.
