Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide timely and effective assistance to customers through online chat platforms. The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, billing, policies, and general customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining service quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine customer issues within established guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or support system.
  • Follow established customer service procedures, communication standards, and company policies.
