Online Chat Representative

An Online Chat Representative provides customer support through live chat, messaging platforms, or email. The role involves answering customer questions, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience without handling phone calls in many cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with orders, billing, account information, and product questions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
