We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Metro Restyling. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

What you'll do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and meet departmental service level targets
  • Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience at all times
  • Develop and maintain basic product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
