This role will support the Director of People Insights, Talent Management and Organizational Development, and the broader People & Culture team by maintaining reliable reporting processes and accurate organizational structures within systems such as People Center/SuccessFactors.
While primarily administrative and operational in nature, this position is critical to enabling informed decision-making, supporting organizational design, and ensuring leaders have access to accurate and consistent people data.

  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests for People & Culture stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Help identify data discrepancies, reporting gaps, and opportunities to improve reporting processes and consistency.
  • Ensure reporting deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Org Chart & Workforce Data Management

  • Partner with People Consulting Partners, HR teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to support timely updates and data validation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for org chart questions, reporting line validation, and organizational structure updates.
  • Support the accuracy of organizational design data to help enable workforce planning, talent reviews, and leadership visibility.

Stakeholder & Process Support

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align reporting outputs, data definitions, and organizational information.
  • Support the Director of People Insights and broader P&C leadership team with data preparation, reporting coordination, and process follow-through.
  • Maintain clear documentation of recurring reporting processes, timelines, and data sources.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to streamline reporting, reduce manual work, and improve data quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors or similar systems.
  • Ability to reconcile, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
