Job description

Four Winds Hospital is the leading provider of specialized behavioral health inpatient and outpatient treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. We invite you to join our Four Winds Family.

We are seeking a Chart analyst to assist with auditing and tracking incomplete charts.

The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.

Job highlights:

  • Collect, assemble and complete retrospective chart audits.
  • Track incomplete charts and follow up on incomplete records with clinical/medical staff.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
  • Answer phones, copy/scan medical records, monthly chart audits.
  • Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:
