Job description

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with an organization seeking a Donor Chart Review Specialist to support an immediate need. This is a contract role based in Mesa, AZ, offering a pay range of $22–$26 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Review patient/donor registration charts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Identify missing or incorrect information and ensure records are fully completed before system entry Partner with internal teams to follow up with patients when additional information is needed Correct and update documentation, ensuring proper storage and tracking Support audit readiness and maintain organized compliance records Assist with quality processes and documentation improvements Requirements: Experience reviewing donor charts in a regulated environment (tissue banking preferred) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
