Our client is seeking a Medical Director for its Child & Adolescent Psychiatry services. This will be a Full time, hybrid role designed for clinicians who want to contribute at a leadership level while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.

This opportunity is structured for psychiatrists who value improvement, and providing holistic, evidenced-based care for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers within North Carolina collaborative practice guidelines

  • Provide consultation on complex pediatric behavioral health cases

  • Participate in chart review and quality oversight initiatives

  • Mentor and supervise psychiatric advanced practice providers

  • Help shape clinical standards and best practices within the organization

  • Work collaboratively with chief quality officer and medical director of adult psychiatry services

Ideal Candidate

  • Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or working toward meeting criteria for eligibility
