Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement,orbusiness management analysis,organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better.

In this role you'll help to plan and manage the transition from legacy to modernized Identity, Credential, and Access Management ( ICAM ) services from start to finish, including decommissioning plans, release-management plans, adjusted business processes, and historical logs for t race ability, all in collaboration with the asso cia ted product delivery teams.

As Change Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing the day-to-day transition, decommissioning, and release-management processes supporting stakeholder working groups and leadership briefs during migration events.

You'll hold meetings to discuss changes that are going to be required in production and document the stakeholder approval process. You'll provide evidence for the completion of changes. You'll create, update, close tickets for changes, as well as present the changes to the change board. You'll ensure the broader team follows the change process procedures and hold team members accountable.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, release management, or IT transition planning

  • Experience developing decommissioning or migration plans for enterprise IT systems

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with federal ICAM, Zero T rus t, or cybersecurity modernization change programs

  • Experience using AI agents to build things, not just as chat assistants

  • Completion of Proscior similar Change Management Training

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
