Change Management Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Employment Type: 11 Month Contract

Our client is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support organizational change initiatives and user adoption efforts across business operations. This role will assist with tracking change management activities, maintaining communication resources, and supporting employee engagement and training initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaboration, communication, and supporting large-scale business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of change management activities to help drive user adoption
  • Maintain change management tools, resources, and self-service channels for leaders and stakeholders
  • Assist with communications related to key business unit initiatives and updates
  • Track employee participation in learning opportunities and training effectiveness
  • Monitor employee engagement and collaboration metrics across communication platforms
  • Support change practitioners and leadership teams with organizational change efforts
  • Help coordinate and track project-related activities and adoption milestones

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
