Job description

We are seeking an organized and experienced Full Time Staffing Coordinator.

Staffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop Nursing time schedules using guidelines in place to provide optimum staffing based on current census and regulations

  • Provide ongoing assistance to employees relative to their schedules

  • Make daily scheduling adjustments due to employee illness and absenteeism

  • Monitor staffing as it relates to resident census and daily needs

  • Assist with payroll by monitoring attendance for the nursing department, entering scheduled time off, call offs, missed punches, and other items required for payroll processing


Staffing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Must have at least one (1) year experience scheduling in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in scheduling software program(s)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High school equivalent education

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, assertiveness, adaptability, and a collaborative team spirit in all responsibilities
