Job description

We are looking for a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is key to the success of the facility and is the first point of contact for referrals, families, and hospital partners. The right person is organized, responsive, and able to move quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage incoming referrals and respond in a timely manner 

  • Coordinate admissions from referral to admission, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families 

  • Communicate with hospitals, case managers, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation 

  • Verify insurance and assist with eligibility when needed 

  • Work closely with the Admissions Director and clinical team to review and accept appropriate referrals 

  • Track and follow up on all leads to maximize census growth 

  •  Provide a strong first impression to families and referral sources 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience in admissions, intake, or healthcare coordination preferred 

  • SNF or healthcare experience strongly preferred 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Comfortable working with insurance verification and documentation 

  • Team-oriented with a sense of urgency
