Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 4forWeber State Universitylocated inOgden, Utah.

This manager will manage the catering operations on campus, from student events to VIP plated presidential events. Various hours to include afternoon and day shifts.

About the job

You will lead the planning and execution of catering operations to deliver exceptional service and drive business success. Combining creativity with practical insights, you'll ensure memorable client experiences while supporting growth and efficiency. Working collaboratively across teams, you will help develop and implement strategies that strengthen client relationships and promote ongoing success.


Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140
