We are seeking an exceptional Director of Catering with luxury full-service hotel experience and a servant-leader mindset. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on leader who excels at mentoring teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships with clients, team members, and hotel leadership while fostering a collaborative, humble culture.

Director of Catering Requirements
  • 3+ years as a Director of Catering in a luxury, full-service hotel
  • 3+ years of banquet and catering experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing a sales team
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
