  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and professional mentorship
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion readiness for FOH team members and event leadership staff
  • Monitor staffing levels and event assignments to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance both guest and team experiences
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and hospitality-forward culture that prioritizes both operational excellence and employee well-being
  • Oversee uniform inventory and presentation standards to ensure all staff are event-ready and professionally equipped

  • Knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and staffing logistics
  • Proficiency with operational software, spreadsheets, and event tracking tools
Physical amp; Schedule Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours) during event execution.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, including event equipment, beverage containers, and supplies.
  • Comfortable navigating stairs, ramps, and varied terrain at off-site venues.
