At Market Catering, we believe great food and genuine hospitality should make events feel effortless. As part of The LUX Group, Market provides fresh, thoughtfully prepared catering for weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and events of all sizes.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary production for the Market Catering division. This role will report to the Executive Chef while taking ownership of the day-to-day execution of Market's menus, production schedule, and culinary team.
