Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Casting Associate at our family owned facility of 45 plus years located in Irwin, PA, 15642. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our manufacturing process and help us deliver high-quality products. In this role, you will be an essential part of our casting operations, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare metal works for molded parts.

  • Prepare formularies for resin according to specifications.

  • Monitor the casting process to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

  • Complie, record, and identify casted parts after they are manufactured.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in casting processes.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

  • Ability to learn basic mix formulations, use of industrial scales, mixers and hand tools.

  • Able to perform physical activities that require use your arms and legs, bending and lifting 70+pounds for 75% of your shift.
