Job description

Job Description:
Our client in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Production/Manufacturing Associate to contribute to our fast-paced and innovative environment. As a key team member, you will be crucial in assembling and inspecting lighting products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining efficient production processes.
Deburring of aluminum parts and castings.
. Phosphating castings and aluminum shafts
Wrapping poles for shipment.
. Assemble and inspect LED arrays to be used in outdoor light fixtures.
Make sure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
Assembles product parts by hand or power tools such as a drill.
Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
Unloads and loads shipments.
Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory
Requirements:
- 2+ years in production/assembly environment
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided based on business needs.
- No travel required for this position.
- willingness to contribute to multiple departments within organization based on need (electrical assembly, packaging, phosphating, etc.)
