Business Development Representative (Real Estate Liaison)

San Diego (East County/Central) – Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week to start)

Caring Transitions of La Mesa is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to cultivate and grow high-value referral relationships within the local real estate community, specifically targeting top producers in La Mesa, Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Tierrasanta, and Lemon Grove.

This is a structured outreach role designed for a professional who thrives in networking environments, builds trust quickly, and enjoys generating a consistent lead flow through professional relationship development. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in making us the "First Choice" partner for every brokerage in our territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Caravan Dominance: Attend local real estate events (East County/Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors) to actively build and maintain agent relationships.

  • Brokerage Presentations: Deliver regular, polished presentations at brokerage sales meetings to educate agents on how our "White Glove" service helps them close deals faster.

  • Structured Follow-Up: Execute a disciplined follow-up sequence with agents to move them from "Contact" to "Consistent Referral Partner."

  • CRM Accountability: Track all outreach, conversations, and leads inside our CRM to ensure we are Measuring Results.

  • Pipeline Management: Book and maintain your own brokerage presentation pipeline, including at least one presentation and one evening networking event per month.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident Communicator: Someone comfortable and polished in rooms full of high-performing Realtors.

  • Relationship Architect: A person who follows through on every promise and builds long-term professional trust.

  • Disciplined & Organized: Exceptional at managing a calendar and tracking activity in a CRM.

  • Professional Presence: You must represent the Caring Transitions of La Mesa brand with the high-end hospitality standards our clients expect.

  • Performance-Oriented: You thrive when your efforts are measured by the quality of the leads you generate.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout our target zip codes and greater San Diego.

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.

  • Willingness to attend evening networking events monthly.

  • A solid understanding of the real estate industry is preferred (perfect for a newer professional looking to build deep industry connections).

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience).

  • Performance Bonus: commission for every completed project

  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase based on performance.

  • Mileage: Standard mileage reimbursement provided.
