Job description

CAPEX Construction Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Saar Management LLC is seeking a dependable CAPEX Construction Technician to join our team. This position focuses on apartment renovations, make-readies, unit turns, and capital improvement (CAPEX) projects throughout our multifamily communities.

Responsibilities
  • Complete apartment turns and make-ready projects.
  • Perform demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry.
  • Install cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, vanities, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Complete interior and exterior renovations and general construction projects.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Travel between properties as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction, remodeling, apartment renovation, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general construction.
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
