We are seeking an Associate Director, CAPEX Procurement to drive end-to-end capital procurement strategies across global infrastructure investments reaching up to $500M. Positioned directly alongside key executive stakeholders, this role serves as the primary Global Procurement leader at our primary manufacturing and development site in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Mega CAPEX Projects: Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contracting for large and medium greenfield and brownfield capital projects.

  • Manage Core Categories: Build robust category strategies for major equipment and professional services—including Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV).

  • Serve as a Trusted Site Partner: Act as the single point of contact for Global Procurement at the Norwood site, collaborating directly with VPs, site leadership, and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Quality).

  • Maximize Total Value & Savings: Deliver aggressive cost reduction outcomes, optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and build high-impact supplier performance programs.

  • Proactive Risk & Supplier Management: Maintain preferred supplier networks, evaluate supply chain risk profiles, and implement mitigation plans across global supply markets.
