About the Role: The Senior Facilities and CAPEX Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet committed deliverables and on-demand requirements. This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Develop and implement comprehensive facility planning strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage facilities staff, services; ensure facility staff adherence to all safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the company.

Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Company's CAPEX property management activities, aligning with overall business objectives.

Monitor and report on the financial performance of CAPEX projects, tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and controlling costs.

Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing facilities to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans.

Negotiate vendor contracts for CAPEX and R&M bids from local/regional/national vendors for projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility planning to ensure the company remains at the forefront of facility management.

Qualifications:

Requires 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in property management, CAPEX project management, construction, and/or maintenance of multiple properties. Bachelor's degree is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and small group situations to managers, clients, customers, and the executive team. Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management skills.
