Job description

Join Our Team as aCall Center Manager at the Carlton Street clinic. This position oversees the daily operations of the Call Center scheduling team, ensuring that patient inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with clinic standards. The Call Center Manager monitors employee performance, and trains and coaches Scheduling Coordinators who work in the Call Center.

  • Manage and coach a team of call center representatives.
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Oversee patient scheduling, and communications using Open Dental and Solutionreach.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
  • Improve workflows and drive team performance.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of call center or customer service leadership experience.
  • Experience with Open Dental and Solutionreach preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage performance metrics and improve processes.
  • Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred.

Call Center Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
