Salesforce Change Manager
Our client located in Dallas, TX near the DFW Airport is in need of a Salesforce Change Manager. This is an onsite 7-month contract opportunity.

Salesforce Change Manager Role:
This individual will drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training while ensuring employees and external stakeholders are prepared for successful system implementation.
Develop and execute organizational change management strategies
Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses
Partner with executive leadership to build sponsorship and engagement
Develop communication plans throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and manage organizational resistance
Design and deliver role based training programs
Develop user guides, training materials, and support documentation
Assess organizational readiness for deployment
Support cutover planning and implementation readiness
Measure adoption and user engagement through defined success metrics
Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption
Salesforce Change Manager Background Profile:
8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
Experience with organizational readiness assessments
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience developing training programs and communication plans
Experience leading organizational adoption initiatives
Preferred-
Prosci Change Management Certification
CCMP Certification
Experience with Salesforce implementations
Public sector or highly regulated industry experience
Experience supporting external customer, contractor, or community stakeholder groups
