We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher and Hotline Cook to join our culinary team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity for a versatile professional to contribute to our high-quality food service operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards at our commissary kitchen for catering unit and our other 3 restaurant locations to ensuring quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station and storage areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of meat products
- Cook and serve food items promptly on the hotline, ensuring consistency and quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during operation hours
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
