Job Summary:

Our local butcher shop that focuses on regenerative farming is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Butcher to oversee all aspects of the butchery department. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about meat, passionate about providing high-quality cuts, and able to manage the daily to day aspects of a butcher shop meat display while maintaining excellent customer service.
