Job Description
  • Manage the service delivery of 80+ team on day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards
  • Ensure process compliance with Group Business Process Model
  • Ensure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date
  • Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where appropriate
  • Design and implement continuous improvement culture within the Department to realize business objectives and deliver cost efficient and effective process
  • Implement internal control framework for processes in scope
  • Provide Senior Management with regular performance reports
  • Be "face to the customer" and manage relations with European Eurofins entities
  • Create friendly working environment which will attract and retail Talents
  • Support the Transition projects
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing large teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment
  • Strong financial domain knowledge (PtP, OtC or General Accounting and Reporting)
  • Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements
  • Experience in managing relation with customers (internal or external)
  • Openness for changes
  • Ability to work and adopt to dynamic environment
  • Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • High level of energy, drive and passion
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
