How to become a business unit manager?

To become a Business Unit Manager, you need to obtain at least a bachelor's degree in business management or human resources, or another relevant field. Depending on the company for which you work, you may need to obtain a master's degree in business administration (MBA) to be qualified to hold your position. You may also need additional schooling or certifications depending on your company and your industry.
