Coke Florida is searching for a Senior Manager, Business Performance Enablement to work out of our Tampa area facility, working Monday - Friday.
What You Will Do:
At Coke Florida, the Business Performance Enablement Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving commercial excellence through data-driven insights, agile execution, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure performance metrics are translated into actionable strategies that accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the understanding of real-time performance learning and insights tailored to commercial and operational teams.

  • Analyze sales, market, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and frontline teams to support decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed insights into execution plans and commercial strategies.

  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, enabling speed to market learning to deliver against business objectives

  • Be the Bridger to business insights, performance to enable accelerated learning and adoption.

  • Apply Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma principles to enhance speed-to-market and reduce waste.

  • Build frameworks for rapid experimentation and feedback loops across teams.

  • Foster a fast-learning culture by enabling teams to test, learn, and iterate quickly.

  • Develop frameworks and toolkits that capture best practices and lessons learned.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Required degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a minimum of 15 years of relevant business or relevant entrepreneurial experience.

  • Proven effective people leadership

  • Depth of understanding of total business operations that drives towards "Syrup to Shelf" thinking
