Location - San Diego, CA
Duration - 3-6+ Months Contract

Description:
3-6 month engagement
โ€ข Shift hours: 40 hrs / week, team works generally 8am - 5pm EST, but flexible, due to remote location and any requests as we have a team that expands eastern, central and west coast. Note location on submittal.

The Business Operations Project Manager will complete an assessment of the current state Content Management for Global Customer Services (GCS) and provide recommendations and proposal by conducting end to end current state assessments and provide recommendations to complement Knowledge Management strategy. This assessment will lead to a transformation initiative across Pyxis, Alaris and Integrated Solutions.
Intent is to elevate the associate and customer experience through transformational process improvements, and simplification through innovation to exceed industry best practice.

Education and Experience
Education or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
Experience or Equivalent:

โ€ข 5+ of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and / or strategic analytics functions
โ€ข 3+ years experience leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment.
โ€ข Advanced analytical competency in analyzing large, complex data sets and producing visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL.
โ€ข Specific prior knowledge and experience with Professional Services and Business Operations, or related functional process improvements and system implementations.
โ€ข Strong MS office skills particularly in advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Excellent Verbal, Written and Communication Skills.
โ€ข Strong leadership, group facilitation, and project management skills.
โ€ข Experience with complex technology implementations.
Certifications:
