Job description

The Opportunity
Our New York office is looking for a Business Immigration associate with five to ten years of experience. Must have prior experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3) and adjustment of status. Experience in drafting PERMs is a plus. The associate will have extensive client contact with a bluechip list of companies, and will lead several client teams in servicing these significant clients. Interested candidates would have the opportunity to broaden their practice with a premier immigration team.
In accordance with firm policy, employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
Compensation:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $200,000-$265,000.
