Our immigration practice group comprises experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.
Our Austin, TX office has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes across industries, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • 4+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV).
  • Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas is required.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
