Job description

Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join our Business & Employment Immigration team representing multinational corporate clients and individuals.


The candidate will support Partners, Senior Associates, and Senior Paralegals across a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, with a significant focus on PERM labor certification applications. The role will also involve assisting with and preparing petitions for H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, E-2, and other employment-based visa categories.

Responsibilities include preparing petitions and supporting documentation for filing, coordinating with clients to gather required materials, monitoring case progress and deadlines, and assisting with consular appointment scheduling, and related processes, as needed.

While this position offers substantial training and professional development opportunities, the ideal candidate will have some prior experience in business immigration law, including familiarity with employment-based visa petitions and forms such as Form I-129, Form I-140, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM applications. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • At least 1โ€“2 years of prior experience in business immigration law preferred;
  • Familiarity with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes;
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop professionally;
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Office Location: Englewood, New Jersey.

This is a full-time position.
