Role Description

Weinstock Immigration Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Business Immigration Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in Atlanta, GA. The Business Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of visa petitions, such as H-1B, L-1, E visas, PERM, I-140's, I-485 applications, and other related legal documents for corporate and individual clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on immigration regulations and issues, collecting and organizing relevant documentation, drafting and proofreading legal documents, and supporting attorneys in ensuring deadlines are met and client needs are addressed. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and U.S. visa categories
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and management
  • Ability to analyze complex Immigration Issues and perform detailed research
  • Expertise in Visas and green card processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in business immigration law or related practice
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
