In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and text while helping connect them with our sales team. Position Overview

As a Customer Care Center Agent, you will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, schedule appointments for the sales department, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer communications through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Meet monthly performance targets related to quality, utilization, and call volume.
