Prospera is seeking a Business Development Program Manager to serve as a trusted operational partner to our Chief Growth Officer and lead the execution of critical growth initiatives across our organization.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll combine project management expertise, business operations acumen, and strategic execution to coordinate growth initiatives, support our consultant and attorney engagement strategies, manage complex business development projects, and improve operational processes. You'll create structure and discipline across a distributed consultant and attorney network while providing visibility into pipeline activity, business development efforts, and growth opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate strategic business development initiatives from planning through execution
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks for growth-related initiatives
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively address obstacles to ensure successful execution
  • Ensure initiatives are completed on time and aligned with organizational objectives
Chief Growth Officer Support
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Growth Officer, helping manage priorities and cross-functional projects
  • Prepare materials, presentations, reporting, and meeting agendas that support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure accountability across all stakeholders
  • Help free up leadership bandwidth by handling administrative coordination and project logistics
Consultant & Attorney Engagement and Growth Initiatives
  • Support programs designed to increase consultant and attorney engagement, adoption, and production
  • Coordinate consultant committees, advisory groups, and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in planning and execution of consultant and attorney meetings, conferences, and business development programs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve consultant and attorney participation and performance
CRM & Pipeline Visibility
  • Support Salesforce adoption, data integrity, and reporting efforts across the organization
  • Track pipeline activity, referral opportunities, consultant and attorney engagement, and business development initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve reporting and visibility into growth metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that support leadership decision-making and strategic planning
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Create and document repeatable business development processes and workflows that scale
  • Improve communication, follow-up, and project coordination across teams
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden on business development leaders
  • Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and operational initiatives
Conferences & Strategic Events
  • Collaborate with the Events team to support planning and execution of conferences, hosted events, and consultant and attorney meetings
  • Coordinate attendee lists, outreach efforts, meeting schedules, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure business development objectives are integrated into event planning and execution
  • Track outcomes and opportunities resulting from events and conferences
What We're Looking ForExperience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, sales operations, business development support, consulting, or related roles
  • Background in financial services, insurance, legal, or professional services (preferred)
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex initiatives simultaneously
