We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Principal Business Program Manager to partner closely with the Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments and can rapidly translate complex business challenges into actionable plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and executive priorities across multiple organizations. 
  • Lead complex, cross-functional business programs, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives within aggressive timelines. 
  • Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable success metrics. 
  • Drive program execution with a strong sense of urgency while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. 
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, business reviews, dashboards, and communications that enable informed decision-making. 
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across organizations to drive alignment and execution. 
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, proactively developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution. 
  • Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms to improve organizational effectiveness and execution consistency. 
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, measure program health, and recommend improvements. 
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying opportunities to streamline processes through AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and adaptability across program teams. 
  • Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend scalable improvements that enhance organizational productivity. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 10-15+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years leading complex cross-functional business or technical programs. 
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. 
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to quickly synthesize complex business challenges into actionable execution plans. 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations and business reviews. 
  • Strong experience leveraging Generative AI, automation technologies, and workflow optimization tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. 
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure business outcomes.  
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization. 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, or related business functions. 
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, ERP, Supply Chain, or enterprise operations. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, including a Chief of Staff, Vice President, or other senior executives. 
  • Experience driving business transformation or organizational change initiatives. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate, or similar AI-enabled productivity platforms. 
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent program management certification.
