What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development: 70% in-field prospecting, 30% account management.
- Engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
- Leverage LinkedIn and your SSI score to build a strong pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
- Use labor market intel to identify customer pain points like turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges.
- Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
- Win net new logos and grow your manufacturing-focused territory.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM.
