Position Summary

TheIntern,Practice Development supports the business development team byassistingwith outreach, research, and coordination of prospective client activities. This role provides exposure to DMA's sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offerings whilesupporting business development initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assistwith outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling efforts

  • Help coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective clients, including calendar scheduling and materials preparation

  • Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement activities

  • Research prospective clients and industries to understand potential business needs

  • Assistinidentifyingpotential opportunities and aligning them with DMA services and solutions

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of outreach activities and update internal systems as directed

  • Support development of prospective client lists and sales leads through research and data gathering

  • Assistin preparing responses to common client questions or objections

  • Participate in internal meetings to gain understanding of DMA services, business initiatives, and sales processes

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on projects and initiatives

  • Helpmaintainorganization of documentation, contact lists, and sales tracking tools

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
