POSITION SUMMARY
The Platform Review Business Account Manager's primary role is to create trusting relationships with our clients while gathering detailed information about their businesses to better plan for their future 10X exponential growth. This role oversees a high-end portfolio of assigned clients and will liaise with cross-functional internal and external teams to improve their efficiency, growth, and profit through accurate data gathering and uncovering business blind spots through conversation. They incorporate their solid business understanding, skills, and abilities as they help top management plan and implement advanced strategies. This individual should be an A-team player with an exceptionally high belief and sharp business acumen to exceed goals.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Clients that are eager, excited and engaged weekly during and outside of structured call topics
  • Being proactive in communication and planning to connect "why" clients are being asked targeted and intentional questions into "what" they will see in immediate actions and overarching deliverable components

OBJECTIVES
  • Driving weekly targeted strategy conversations that build collaboration and support from the Marketing Manager and Finance Manager to short and long-term outcomes
  • Having a consistent pipeline of clients confirmed for delivery 90+ days out
  • Research, build, and deliver a remarkable 10X360 Platform Review that paints a 10-year growth plan for assigned clients
  • Set KPIs and Revenue Generating Objectives for client that align with the strategic initiatives of their business
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Managers and Finance Managers, to develop a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review
  • Guide clients through a seven-month journey to shift their perspective on overall strategies in their business
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to an assigned client
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives
  • Prepare and deliver regular weekly reports on each client's status and progress to the Leadership Team
  • Capture key client metrics (e.g., client financials, customer data, employee data, and sales statistics)
  • Interact with clients at in-person events during the delivery of their 10X360 Platform Review
  • Identify and resolve any issues and problems faced by clients in a professional manner
  • Ensure a high level of client engagement (90% or greater call show rate) and retention through fostering a strong business relationship as their trusted advisor

COMPETENCIES
  • Demonstrated experience working with proven business frameworks (e.g., strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats [SWOT] analysis)
  • Possess financial acumen (i.e. in depth understanding of a P&L)
  • Knowledge of business development, risk analysis, and cost management
  • Understanding of how to conduct a successful competitor analysis to help clients consider potential opportunities they are not currently exploring
  • Understanding of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics in order to measure performance
  • Ability to keep other Platform Review Managers on track in order to successfully bring through to delivery on time
  • Comfortable following up consistently with clients who are late or absent to calls in order to get them back on the calendar in a timely manner
  • Ability to ensure the client has provided all applicable and correct data for Cardone Ventures to analyze for the purpose of their Platform build during all Marketing, Finance, and Operational Calls
  • Ability to handle a higher call volume than other Platform Managers and heavy administrative responsibilities by documenting all data in HubSpot, Asana...etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years' work experience in business consulting or management, working directly with clients

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position will require travel: up to 5%
