WHAT YOU'LL DO
โ€ข Sell new and pre-owned Sprinter vans to commercial fleet clients - consistently meeting and exceeding volume and gross profit targets
โ€ข Build and manage a portfolio of long-term commercial client accounts - serving as the primary point of contact from first inquiry through delivery and beyond
โ€ข Actively prospect new business through outreach calls, referrals, online leads, and targeted networking within Alaska's commercial vehicle market
โ€ข Educate clients on the full Sprinter lineup - payload configurations, upfit options, and the commercial advantages that make this the dominant van in the market
โ€ข Manage all client activity in the CRM with accurate pipeline records, follow-up commitments, and account status
โ€ข Collaborate with service, parts, and finance to deliver a seamless client experience across every touchpoint
โ€ข Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share across Alaska's commercial and fleet buyer base
โ€ข Stay current on Sprinter product updates, competitor offerings, fleet buyer trends, and commercial vehicle market conditions
โ€ข Conduct all business with professionalism, integrity, and a hospitality-first approach - every client interaction reflects Swickard and the Mercedes-Benz brand
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
โ€ข 1-2+ years of sales experience - commercial vehicle, fleet, B2B, or automotive sales experience strongly preferred
โ€ข Fleet or commercial account management experience a significant plus - you understand how business buyers think and what they need
