Position Summary
Vector Media is searching for an Operations Coordinator in Florida to join our Operation Department. The Operations Coordinator will report to National Inventory Manager. This position is responsible for assisting all aspects all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our bus and bus shelter advertising program in multiple Florida markets including Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Lakeland, Lake County and Broward County. The primary responsibility will be maintaining detailed charting of advertisements, including inventory holds, posting and removal dates and documentation of completion. Additional responsibilities include working with all operations personnel and subcontractors, assisting in scheduling and coordinating the installation and removal of all advertising copy and maintenance of shelters, in addition to receiving/checking in advertising materials. This position works our normal office hours (M-F), but may require occasional night or weekend work. Additionally, this is a hybrid role, requiring to be present in office four days per week.
Pay Range Details: $22.00/hour - $25.00/hour (equivalent to $45,760- $52,000 annual salary, assuming a 40-hour work week). The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

  • Setup and send work orders to the Operations Manager for all upcoming campaigns
  • Provide clear communication with co-workers
  • Provide any needed assistance to the National Inventory Manager
